Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks an autonomous Director to lead the Bloomington branch, drive growth, and ensure seniors can age in place. You will independently manage operations with ongoing corporate training and support.

Responsibilities include marketing plan execution, cultivating referral partnerships, hiring and staffing, in-home assessments, budget oversight, and fostering a culture that motivates the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone Caregiving as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed.
• Conduct intakes and ensure client satisfaction through in-home assessments.
• Oversee office budget and monitor profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice by setting standards, incentivizing, and motivating the team.

Responsibilities

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development

Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building

Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling

Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments

Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management

Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture

Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Preferred Qualifications

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• $80,000 Base Salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share
