Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Operating Director to lead this Omaha branch, driving growth and exceptional service for seniors at home. You will operate with corporate training and leverage a network of directors to guide strategy and execution.

The role emphasizes sales and business development, staffing oversight, and building strong community and referral partnerships to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure shifts are staffed; manage on-call responsibilities.
• Conduct client intakes and ensure client satisfaction during in-home assessments.
• Oversee office budget and profit and loss statements.
• Create a positive workplace culture and motivate the team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As the director, independently manage and lead this branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Business Development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls arrive from clients, caregivers and partners.
• In‑home Assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: oversee office budget and manage profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: create the workplace of choice for your territory, incentivize, motivate and set the tone of your team morale.
