Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in York, PA seeks a regional director to independently manage and grow a new branch, with ongoing corporate training and support. You will drive business development, establish referral relationships, and ensure quality in-home care while maintaining profitability.

This role rewards initiative: a base salary of $80,000 with a 20% quarterly profit share, comprehensive health benefits, a company car, unlimited PTO, and ongoing professional development as you build your team

Responsibilities

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development

Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building

Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling

Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments

Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management

Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture
