Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, is seeking an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth in Bismarck. You’ll be supported by our homebase and a network of Directors, driving our mission forward.

This role offers a competitive starting salary, a 20% quarterly profit share, paid health benefits, a company car, gas and a cell phone stipend, and unlimited PTO, with corporate training and ongoing support.

• Leadership experience managing a team, preferably in a service business.
• Proven sales and business development success.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and lead this branch with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and staff all shifts; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and relate to profit and loss statements.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and motivate the team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
• Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.
