Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, seeks an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this Texas branch. As director, you will independently manage and lead the branch with ongoing corporate training and support.

Responsibilities include business development, referral cultivation, staffing and onboarding, client intakes, budget oversight, and cultivating a positive culture. Relocation before starting is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with experience managing a team.
• Track record of meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

• Base salary ($80,000) with an additional 20% quarterly cash profit share
