B&S Site Development is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to run bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and trucks on large civil projects. You will prepare work areas, excavate, and move materials while coordinating with crews to meet project specs.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in construction, is 18+, and can lift up to 50 lbs. A strong safety mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Technical studies or prior experience operating various heavy equipment is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to receive and follow instructions.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Operate excavators, loaders, bulldozers, dump trucks and other heavy equipment safely.
• Excavate trenches for utilities and install piping.
• Support trenching, drainage, water, and sewer installations.
• Follow all safety procedures and project standards.
• Move, load, and place materials accurately with heavy equipment.
• Prepare work areas for construction, demolition or excavation.
