Job summary

B&S Site Development in the United States is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to support large-scale civil projects. You will safely operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, and other heavy equipment to prepare and move materials on-site.

You will follow strict safety protocols, coordinate with crews, and help ensure timely completion of stormwater, utility, and site preparation tasks. Prior construction experience and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years construction experience is preferred.
• Experience safely operating heavy equipment is required.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow site protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced field setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, and other heavy equipment.
• Excavate trenches for utility installation with precision.
• Assist crews in storm, water, and sewer pipe installation.
• Always follow site safety protocols.
• Coordinate with foreman and crew to meet project schedules.
• Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation.
