Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to support large‑parcel, mission‑critical site development projects. You will operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy machinery with a focus on safety and precision, preparing sites for utility and infrastructure work.

Responsibilities include trenching, coordinating with crews, and maintaining equipment while complying with rigorous safety standards in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers and other heavy equipment.
• High safety awareness and adherence to site protocols and regulations.
• Basic maintenance and inspection of heavy equipment prior to use.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, and other heavy equipment.
• Excavate trenches for utility installation with precision.
• Assist crews in storm, water, and sewer pipe installation.
• Always follow site safety protocols.
• Maneuvering heavy motorized equipment to ensure accurate removal and placement of materials.
• Prepares construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation.
