Job summary

B&S Site Development in the United States is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our busy civil construction team. You will handle machinery like bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks, preparing sites and moving materials with care to meet project deadlines.

This role requires 1–2 years of construction experience, a GED or high school diploma, and a willingness to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• GED or high school diploma.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• At least 18 years old.
• Trade school or prior heavy equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, and other heavy equipment.
• Excavate trenches for utility installation with precision.
• Assist crews with storm, water, and sewer pipe installation.
• Follow site safety protocols at all times.
• Coordinate with crew and foreman to complete tasks efficiently.
