B&S Site Development LLC is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment. You will prepare work areas, excavate trenches, and support crews to ensure safe, efficient project completion.

The role requires 1–2 years of construction experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits with strong safety expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy equipment safely (bulldozers, excavators, loaders, etc.).
• Excavate trenches for underground utilities (water, drainage, sewer).
• Assist crews in installing drainage and piping systems.
• Comply with all project and company safety rules at all times.
• Move, load and place materials with precision using heavy machinery.
• Prepare work areas for construction, demolition or excavation activities.
• Maintain communication with coworkers and supervisors to ensure project execution.
• Report injuries, incidents, or accidents to foreman and superintendent.
• Inspect equipment and refuel before each shift.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
