Job summary

Red Hat's Technical Account Management team is seeking an enterprise-level engineer to join remotely as an OpenShift Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the southeastern U.S. You will guide select customers technically and architecturally, build strong relationships, and advocate for them across Red Hat’s engineering and product teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in relevant roles, OpenShift/PaaS experience, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related discipline is preferred.
• 5+ years in support, development, engineering, IT, or QA roles.
• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform and PaaS cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, cloud management and IT automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and architectural guidance for Red Hat OpenShift to enterprise customers.
• Develop customer relationships and become a trusted advisor across customer environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to resolve incidents and optimize deployments.
• Create and maintain customer engagement plans and environment documentation.
• Communicate cloud solutions strategies and roadmaps aligned to customer use cases.
