Red Hat's Technical Account Management team is seeking an enterprise-level engineer to join us remotely as an OpenShift Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the southeastern U.S. In this role, you will work with a small set of key customers to provide direct technical and architectural guidance for the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.

You will tailor support for each customer’s environment, share best practices, and serve as a point of contact for major incidents to manage expectations

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in support, development, engineering, IT, or QA
• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform
• Expertise in enterprise cloud solutions incl PaaS, containers, Kubernetes
• Ability to manage and grow enterprise relationships with proactive support
• Strong communication, ability to convey complex information in English
• Willingness to travel within the region

Aufgaben

• Support enterprise customers in implementing automated and containerized cloud application platform solutions
• Learn new technologies quickly (containers, orchestration, CI/CD)
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and understand business goals
• Perform technical reviews and proactively prevent issues
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams
• Create customer engagement plans and document environment updates
• Maintain documentation on customer issues and resolutions
• Manage and grow customer relationships with attentive support
• Provide guidance on Red Hat products and roadmap alignment
• Travel occasionally to visit regional customers
