Red Hat, Inc. is seeking an OpenShift Technical Account Manager (TAM) to work remotely with Southeastern U.S. enterprise customers. You will provide architectural guidance, handle incidents, and tailor support to each customer’s OpenShift deployment, collaborating with internal teams and acting as a trusted advisor.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, deep product knowledge, and proactive problem-solving, with travel within the region and a focus on long-term enterprise success.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a support, development, engineering, IT, or QA organization.
• Administration experience with OpenShift Container Platform.
• Expertise in enterprise cloud solutions like PaaS, containers, Kubernetes, cloud management, and IT automation.
• Ability to manage and grow existing enterprise customer relationships by delivering proactive, relationship-based support.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to travel for customer visits within the region.
• RHCE certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support enterprise customers in implementing automated and containerized cloud application platform solutions.
• Learn new technologies quickly and expand knowledge of container orchestration, registries, build strategies, and microservices.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and understand customer goals.
• Perform technical reviews and proactively identify and prevent issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve problems.
• Create and maintain customer engagement plans and update environment documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate with Red Hat and customer teams.
• Present periodic reviews of operational performance to customer leadership.
