Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgeon-specific procedures with timely, accurate setup.
• Scrub and assist for a wide range of operative cases.
• Set up sterile field and maintain Mayo stand and back table readiness.
• Anticipate equipment needs and coordinate with surgeon during cases.
• Maintain patient privacy and maintain calm, controlled environment.
• Contribute to efficient intraoperative workflow and case turnover.
