Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Open Enrollment Benefits Manager to lead a team and manage client open enrollment programs. You will act as the primary benefit contact, validate plans, ensure compliance, and coordinate with carriers.

The role requires strong leadership, HRIS experience, and ability to navigate complex benefit decisions while delivering client renewals with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
• 6–10 years of group benefits experience in the PEO industry preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Lead a team of open enrollment specialists and act as escalation point.
• Validate client benefit plans and perform data quality checks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and educate clients on benefits.
• Present renewals to clients with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and vendors on plan questions.
• Review and generate reports to track enrollment progress.
• Maintain accuracy of HRIS employee data.
