Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Benefits Specialist - Open Enrollment to manage open enrollment for clients and work site employees on-site. You will serve as the primary benefit contact, help with renewal prep, verify plan accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding clients through offerings.

You'll collaborate with underwriting, system operations, client relations, and carriers, educate employees, review reports, and perform post-enrollment validation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• 2–5 years of group benefit experience in the PEO industry preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and benefits administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Support renewal preparation with underwriting, system operations, and client relations.
• Validate client benefit plans for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Present and deliver client renewals with minimal oversight.
• Educate employees on benefit offerings and navigate decisions.
• Work with insurance carriers and vendors on plan questions.
• Review reports and HRIS data; perform post-enrollment validation.
