Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Open Enrollment Benefits Manager for an on-site role in Duluth, GA. You will lead a team of open enrollment specialists, manage client renewals, and ensure regulatory compliance across benefit programs.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact during open enrollment, supporting renewal prep, validating benefit plans, and educating clients on available offerings and products. Strong leadership and HRIS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Above.
• 6–10 years of group benefit experience in the PEO industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Support sub-departments with renewal preparation.
• Validate client benefit plans for accuracy and perform quality checks of benefits data.
• Provide guidance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Present and deliver client renewals with minimal oversight.
• Educate clients on all benefit offerings and products.
• Work with insurance carriers and vendors on plan questions.
• Advise employees on options and help navigate decisions.
