Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Open Enrollment Benefits Manager to lead open enrollment for clients and site employees. You will manage a team of open enrollment specialists and serve as escalation point for service and technical challenges.

Responsibilities include renewing client plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, educating clients on benefit offerings, and coordinating with carriers. Requires strong leadership and HRIS experience in a PEO context and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• 6-10 years of group benefit experience in the PEO industry preferred.
• Experience leading others and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Lead a team of open enrollment specialists and escalate issues as needed.
• Validate benefit plans for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Present and deliver client renewals with minimal oversight.
• Educate clients on benefit offerings and products.
