Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support by phone, remote access, or site visits
• Set up and support computers, printers, scanners, phones and other endpoint equipment
• Configure network, wireless, video conferencing and telecommunication equipment
• Respond to IT issues: hardware, software, networking
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and maintenance schedules
• Assist IT Operations Manager with initiatives and improvements
