Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or related technical role.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing hardware and software in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support for ~275 devices in a Windows environment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
• Diagnose hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues and resolve them.
• Support security cameras, servers, and network switches when needed.
• Document incidents and resolutions for tracking and follow-up.
