The position supports desktop coverage for approximately 275 devices and supports DOC staff within the Correctional Complex, with interaction with inmates as part of work details.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a DOC background check and an extensive drug test prior to starting.
• DOC training can last up to 2-3 weeks; training teaches how to work, adapt, and conduct oneself in a prison atmosphere.
