Job summary

SubCom is seeking a Help Desk Support Analyst to deliver Level 2 desktop and end-user support at our Newington, NH facility. The role covers Windows11 devices, Microsoft 365, printers, and peripherals while supporting employees, contractors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has an Associates Degree or equivalent IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent hands-on IT support experience.
• Demonstrated Level 2 desktop and end-user support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows11, Office 365 apps, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 desktop and on-site support for employees and contractors.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
• Document issues and resolutions in the IT service system.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users and devices.
