Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician - Imaging and Deployment to support end-user computing onsite in Cambridge, MA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows-based endpoints, device imaging, provisioning, and deployments.

Responsibilities include imaging and deployment for laptops and desktops, OS installations and driver updates, and coordinating hardware refreshes from staging through end-user delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of imaging and deployment experience.
• Experience using ServiceNow system for ticketing and asset management.
• Strong technical skills with Windows-based endpoints and deployments.

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician - Imaging and Deployment to join their team onsite in Cambridge, MA and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows-based endpoints, device imaging, provisioning, and end-user deployments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform Windows-based workstation imaging, provisioning, and deployment for laptops, desktops, and other endpoint devices
• Prepare new devices for deployment, including operating system installation, drivers, applications, security configurations, and corporate settings
• Execute hardware refresh and technology deployment projects from staging through end-user delivery

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3+years of Imaging and deployment experience
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow system
• Strong technical skills

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
