Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of hands-on PC hardware and software support.
• Strong desktop fundamentals with PowerShell, Intune, and system administration.
• Experience with Office 365, Windows 10 Pro, imaging, and ticketing systems.
• Experience in an enterprise environment and handling multiple projects.
• Excellent customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Support PC hardware and software on-site in Norton Shores, MI.
• Repair, image, test PCs, laptops, monitors, printers.
• Manage tickets and follow up with end users.
• Assist with server equipment maintenance and upgrades.
• Ensure proper data backup and security procedures.
• Provide in-person end-user support at the client site.
