Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a desktop support professional to assist onsite users and remote staff with hardware, software, and network issues. The role includes Windows 11, Office 365, and MS authentication troubleshooting, plus device provisioning and user management via MS Intune.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of desktops support experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to travel to other locations as needed. W2 employment is offered with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5+ years of desktop experience (deskside and remote).
• Windows 11 OS experience required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/ Remedy/ ConnectWise).
• Microsoft Intune experience desired.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and reliable transportation; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for onsite users, including executive level support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Device and user management via MS Intune.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, Office 365, MS Auth, and mobile issues.
• Setup and provisioning of equipment for business users.
• Manage Team ServiceNow Ticket queue and meet SLAs.
• Escalate to other teams to drive issue resolution.
