Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC in Cambridge, MA seeks an IT Support specialist to assist desktop engineering, systems support, and infrastructure tasks. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, install and configure Windows workstations, manage software/hardware issues, and support AD-joined devices.

You’ll collaborate with end users, application owners, and vendors, documenting procedures and escalating when needed. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and onsite deployment

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support or infrastructure experience
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
• Windows workstation install, config, and admin

• Active Directory concepts
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
