Jacobs seeks a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction, and guide walkdowns on an active site with subcontractors and clients.

You will manage turnover programs across multiple sites, read P&IDs and drawings, collaborate with CQV and project controls, ensure timely punch list closure, and assemble turnover packages in alignment with the P6 schedule.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering.
• 6+ years turnover experience on Pharma/Biotechnology projects, Data Center projects or equivalent.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Onsite availability for the duration of the work and willingness to travel.
• OSHA 10 certification and familiarity with GDP requirements.

• Read P&IDs, line diagrams, and CSA drawings for system scope.
