Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification, and drive the turnover process with subcontractors, clients, and the CQV team.

You will oversee field walkdowns, ensure testing and documentation compliance, and manage turnover packages using the ACC platform, aligning with the P6 schedule and site objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech, Data Center, or equivalent.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Experience in supervisory roles with cross-discipline coordination.
• Onsite presence required for duration of work.
• OSHA 10 certification; GDP familiarity.
• Experience implementing turnover programs across multiple sites.
• Ability to standardize processes across geographical locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team on active construction sites and manage field verification and documentation of systems.
• Direct walkdown activities and guide personnel through multi-disciplinary scope.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, and pre-commissioning activities (megger, continuity, testing & balancing, passivation).
• Utilize ACC platform for punchlist entry/tracking and turnover package assembly.
• Coordinate with project controls and construction teams to plan final turnover to CQV per schedule.
