Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Onsite Turnover Manager for our data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead field verification, coordinate turnover activities, and ensure documentation and testing requirements are met across multiple sites.

The role requires deep collaboration with construction, CQV, and client teams to facilitate a smooth turnover. The position emphasizes managing walkdowns, reviewing P&IDs and drawings, standardizing turnover programs, and adhering to the project schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech/Data Center projects or equivalent.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• OSHA 10 Certification and familiarity with GDP requirements.
• Onsite for duration of work and ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction.
• Coordinate walkdowns and guide stakeholders through punch list closure.
• Utilize ACC platform for punchlist entry, testing reviews, and turnover packet assembly.
• Coordinate with project controls and construction teams for final turnover planning to CQV.
