Job summary

Jacobs in Robstown, TX seeks a Turnover Manager to lead field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction on a data center project. You will guide walkdowns, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and ensure turnover to the CQV team aligns with the P6 schedule.

The role requires a strong background in construction turnover, ability to read P&IDs and diagrams, on-site presence, and OSHA 10 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech or Data Center projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Supervisory experience with cross-discipline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead field verification and documentation of installed systems during turnover.
• Coordinate walkdowns with subcontractors and clients to close punch lists.
• Ensure turnover packages and completion of pre-commissioning activities and testing.
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites and align with the P6 schedule.
