Job summary

Jacobs in Robstown, TX is seeking an experienced Turnover Manager to lead field verification and documentation for a data center project. You will oversee a diverse team, guide walkdowns with subcontractors and clients, and ensure adherence to testing, balancing, and pre-commissioning activities on an active construction site.

You will coordinate with CQV and project controls to finalize turnovers, standardize turnover programs across sites, and use ACC for punchlist tracking and turnover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Bi Biotechnology projects, Data Center projects or equivalent.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Experience in a supervisory role with a focus on cross-discipline coordination.
• Ability to spend continuous hours on an active construction site with PPE use.
• Onsite for the duration of the work.
• OSHA 10 Certification; GDP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction.
• Coordinate and facilitate walkdowns with subcontractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Ensure testing, documentation, and pre-commissioning activities are completed (megger, balancing, cleaning, flushing, passivation, pressure testing).
• Utilize the ACC digital platform for punchlist entry, tracking, and turnover package assembly.
• Collaborate with project controls and construction teams to plan final turnover to the CQV team per the P6 schedule.
• Develop and standardize turnover programs across multiple sites for consistency.
• Guide the transfer of care, custody, and control of systems to clients.
