Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks Tax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will support clients in personal and business taxes, while building a local client base and partnering with Intuit specialists.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of paid tax prep experience with a PTIN, and are eager to grow within a holistic advisory role. Onsite, 20+ hours/week, with training and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Must complete required training and development; uniforms provided and may appear in advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, building a base of clients through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Develop relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients, driving loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
