Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, delivering personalized tax solutions and connecting customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem. Ideal candidates have active PTINs, 3+ years of tax prep experience, and a willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services, all while building a local client base and

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filed with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location (20+ hours/week).
• Willing to complete all required training and development activities.
• Willing to wear Intuit-provided uniforms for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Maintain trust and long-term relationships with customers.
