Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax returns, offer expert tax guidance, and connect clients with bookkeeping and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Develop strong local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class experience using TurboTax tools. You must be prepared for on-site hours and ongoing training, with strong communication in English

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with extensive tax knowledge and filing experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns for varied complexity.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver excellent, personalized customer experiences in person and via video tools.
• Engage in ongoing training and compliance requirements.
