Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location. You will work onsite with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients while expanding the local customer base and building long-term relationships.

You’ll connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with team of specialists for holistic client solutions.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
