Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated Tax Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service, actively grow the local client base, and guide clients through complex tax situations with a trusted, community-facing approach.

Ideal candidates have active PTINs and 3+ years of tax filing experience, with on-site availability and a readiness to train and wear company uniforms.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete required training and development and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to build a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond basic filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver ongoing support and guidance.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience through professional, empathetic service.
