Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through complex and simple tax situations while connecting them to Intuit’s broader services.

Ideal candidates have active PTINs, 3+ years of prep experience with 1040s, and a willingness to grow within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years handling 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location (20+ hours/week).
• Upskilling into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be willing to comply with training/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Engage in community outreach to grow local client base and foster relationships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences both in person and virtually.
