Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients while building ongoing relationships in the local community.

You’ll collaborate with a broader team of specialists, grow the local client base, and leverage Intuit tools to deliver a seamless year‑round experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and foster client loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
