Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, handling tax return preparation and advisory services for individuals and businesses.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, grow the local client base, and provide personalized tax planning and support. Prior tax prep experience and PTIN are required; on-site work 20+ hours weekly with training and uniforms.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practising attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Min 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types and work areas with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete required training and adhere to company policies.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be open to use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns, including complex tax situations.
• Drive local growth: outreach, events, and community partnerships to grow client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver end-to-end, best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain high service standards.
