Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists to deliver a comprehensive Intuit experience.

Role emphasizes community outreach, local client acquisition, and ongoing customer relationships. The position requires on-site availability, 20+ hours weekly, and training participation; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Willing to build local community presence and online content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings with clients.
