Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP seeks a Technology Support Analyst in New York, onsite. The role runs 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm EST, providing software, hardware, network and AV support with a focus on customer service and incident resolution.

You will support local and Citrix-based apps, manage devices, and coordinate with centralized teams while maintaining inventory and security practices. Eligible for firm benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, Windows and Mac Environments, NetDocuments, iPhone and other mobile devices, DTE, Litera ChangePro, General Desktop Environments.
• Ability to apply logic, reasoning, analysis and interpretation to resolve problems.
• Strong customer service skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Responds to local and central helpline, supports tickets and e-mail, logs calls and escalates as needed.
• Provides application support for local installations and Citrix-based apps.
• Assembles, configures, tests and repairs hardware and peripherals and supports remote site access.
• Maintains inventory, assists with AV setup and data room components.
• Supports additions, moves and changes and partners with firm resources.
