Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in providing technology support and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responds to local and central telephone helpline, supports tickets and e-mail, assesses problems and offers assistance, logs calls, resolves or escalates as appropriate.
• Provides application support for local installations and Citrix-based applications.
• Assembles, installs, configures, tests and troubleshoots hardware and peripherals including computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices and AV equipment.
• Provides assistance and advice on technology allowance purchases for attorneys.
• Provides support for laptops and desktops and remote site access.
• Assists with Firm's audio visual set up requirements and off-site technology setups.
• Maintains data room components and troubleshoots networking issues with the Technology Manager/Supervisor.
• Maintains inventory records and supports firm policies for loaner equipment.
• Ensures security of the Firm’s systems and adheres to best practices.
• Provides basic induction training on technology systems and software usage.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
• Capable of handling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Flexible to travel and work hours as needed.
