• Education: High School diploma; 3+ years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technology support for software, hardware, and network services locally.

• Assist with Citrix-based applications and remote site access.
• Maintain inventory and assist with on-site setups and training.
• Ensure security and compliance with Firm policies.
