Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking two Junior Technology Support Analysts to support the Washington, DC office on-site. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, focusing on hardware, software, network and mobility support, including Citrix applications.

Responsibilities include high levels of customer service, logging calls, troubleshooting devices, and assisting with audio-visual setups.

Qualifications

> High school diploma or equivalent.
< Minimum of one year of related experience.
< Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn new software and operating systems.

Responsibilities

Provides a consistent and high level of customer service.
Assembles, installs, configures, tests, images, troubleshoots and repairs hardware and peripherals.
Responds to local and central telephone helpline, support tickets and e-mails; assesses problems and offers assistance.
Logs all calls into the Firm's call logging systems and resolves or escalates as appropriate.
Provides application support for local installations and Citrix based applications.
Provides support, troubleshooting and repair for laptops and desktops.
Provides mobile device support, setup configuration, support and end user training.
Assists with the Firm's audio visual set up requirements.
Maintains Firm's policies and procedures related to computer technology.
