Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Washington, DC is seeking a Technology Support Analyst for an onsite role with a shift from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. You will provide comprehensive tech support across software, hardware, network services, AV, and mobility, coordinating with central resources.

Qualified candidates will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Citrix, Windows and Mac environments, and experience with NetDocuments and mobile devices.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, Windows and Mac environments.
• Ability to support NetDocuments and mobile devices.
• Understanding of building security system hardware/software is important.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technology support for software, hardware, infrastructure, network services, and AV.
• Handle local tickets, calls and emails; log and escalate as needed.
• Assist with remote site access and off-site technology setups.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure security practices are followed.
• Deliver basic training on technology systems and mobile usage.
