Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates in Chicago seeks a Junior Technology Support Analyst to join our Firm. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm and provides technology support for hardware, software, network services, Citrix, and AV across the local office.

You will deliver a high level of customer service, log calls, assist with setups, and collaborate with central resources in White Plains.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of related experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Assembles, installs, configures hardware and peripherals, tests and repairs devices.
Provides application support for local installations and Citrix-based applications.
Reponds to local and central telephone helpline, support tickets and e-mails.
Logs calls into the Firm’s call logging systems and resolves or escalates as appropriate.
Provides support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Assists with audio visual setup and hardware in offices and conference rooms.
Maintains Firm policies and procedures related to computer technology and security.
