Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates seeks a Technology Support Analyst to join the Washington, D.C. office onsite.

The role involves delivering desktop, network, mobile, AV and security support, with a focus on reliable customer service and collaboration with global technology teams. The position requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Citrix, Windows and Mac environments, NetDocuments, and various devices, with a proactive approach to problem solving and user training

Qualifications

• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, Windows and Mac Environments, NetDocuments, iPhone and other mobile devices, DTE, Litera ChangePro, General Desktop Environments.
• Ability to apply logic, reasoning, analysis and interpretation skills to resolve problems.
• Ability to maintain concentration, alertness and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Responds to local and central helpline, supports tickets and email, logs calls and resolves or escalates as appropriate.
• Provides application support for local installations and Citrix-based applications.
• Assembles, configures, tests, images and repairs hardware and peripherals and manages devices and AV equipment.
• Maintains inventory records and assists with firm resources management.
• Supports onboarding/offboarding and remote site access; ensures security of systems.
