Responsibilities

• Resolve local software/hardware issues and log tickets.
• Provide application support and Citrix-based assistance.
• Install, configure, and repair hardware and peripherals.
• Support remote site access and AV setup when needed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure Firm policies compliance.
