Job summary

Sky Zone in Flowood, MS is seeking a Team Lead to drive day-to-day operations on the park floor. You'll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on site.

This hands-on, high-energy role requires at least 2 years in guest-facing or operations roles, strong leadership and coaching, solid communication, and the ability to manage safety and guest experience with a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office; comfortable using new platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OPs are not present and lead operational excellence.
• Coach, support, and delegate to team members across all departments.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to ensure guest experiences run smoothly.
• Drive guest engagement, promote park offerings, and model WOW service standards.
• Enforce safety policies, complete incident reports, and maintain park readiness.
• Lead front desk performance, seating, and membership sales during shifts.
• Oversee party and event operations from booking to completion.
• Manage cafe inventory and ensure health and safety standards.
