Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to manage on-site operations, rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll lead from the floor, coach teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and park standards.

This full-time, on-site role offers elevation opportunities as you develop leadership skills and support park operations. Compensation starts at $19.13–$20.00 per hour, with full benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team to ensure the park runs smoothly.
• Drive guest interactions and sales while delivering service excellence.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain cleanliness and operational readiness throughout the shift.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when senior leaders aren’t on-site and coach team members.
